National Citizen Service (NCS)

During his time working on NCS internally in numerous mentor roles between 2012 and 2017, Anthony delivered a series of business challenges across the UK, covering social impact. During this time, social enterprises such as Elephant Branded, GiveMeTap and LSTN Sound Co were represented. These challenges are still delivered by Anthony today, but under The Socent Connection’s umbrella. Such a varied experience enables challenges to be tailored to meet the needs of both NCS providers and young people participating in the programme. The foundation for most of the business challenges are; problem solving, teamwork, creativity, leadership, communication and building confidence.
